Applicability of the Return and Refund Policy

Note: The Replacement shall only apply to products purchased within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In such circumstances, Al Saqeefa will refund for outside Saudi Arabia after receiving the item back to the warehouse.
Al Saqeefa Refund Policy

Al Saqeefa Refund offer is valid within the first 7 working days of purchase, if 7 working days have passed since the item purchase, the customer will not be eligible for the refund and/or exchange in any case.
Refunds Eligibility
The purchased item must be unused and should be in the same condition that we delivered and you received it. Please find the below terms & conditions to be followed:
Replacement
Replacing items applicable if they are defective or damaged. Exchange items are applicable only if the item is unused and should be in the same condition that we delivered and you will be eligible to receive another (with the additional shipping cost and surely after payment adjustment) after the customer informed us through an email at ([email protected]) and send your item to: (Al Saqeefa Warehouse)
which will be mentioned in the reply email from the Al Saqeefa team).
Al Saqeefa team will send an email to the customer (After the Customer returned item is received and inspected by Al Saqeefa Warehouse Team) to notify them about the received item returned from the customer. Al Saqeefa team will also notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
Partial refunds Eligibility
Unfortunately, there are no Partial refunds available.
Refunds or Replacement Procedure
Upon approval of the refund, the Al Saqeefa team will start the procedure within 7 working days, and a credit will be transferred (automatically) to the customer's account (or original method of payment) within a certain amount of working days.
Late or missing refunds
If the customer not received any refund (after approval), its requested to check first the bank account again. If still not received the amount of the refund yet, it’s highly requested to contact us at ([email protected]) on the same email chain where the refund is approved.
Shipping
Al Saqeefa team will share the shipping address or the shipping channel to the customer on email after the refund or replacement issue arises.
The customer will be responsible for the payment of shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If the customer is found eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also, the payment must need to adjust by the customer for replacement items. Shipping costs are non-refundable! If a customer is found eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. In the same way, the customer will adjust the payment for the shipping cost and for the additional value of the new item (If there is additional value or less value or an exceptional current value of the item).
The refund or replacement delivery time might differ based on the customer’s location.
Delivery Service
Note: This Pickup and Delivery Service time is not considered as a replacement procedure and is not counted within the replacement period.
The pick-up and drop-off period would be as follows – (If any changes happen, the customer will be notified before the scheduled delivery date)
